Judy Hicks began her professional career in Jacksonville as a marketing/sales director for several Jacksonville publications. Her experience in this position gave her a unique opportunity to meet major developers and become familiar with almost every neighborhood in the city. While working in this position, Judy met the president of a major Real Estate agency who was so impressed with Judy’s work ethic that she paid for Judy to attend Realtors school.

In 1993, Judy became a Jacksonville Realtor. That same year, Judy won the Rookie of the Year Award, setting a standard she has maintained ever since. She has won numerous awards recognizing her passion for Real Estate. Judy has won the Celebration of Leadership Award from Community Connections and over the course of her career, she has won an amazing 11 Laurel Awards from the Sales and Marketing from the Marketing Council of the Northeast Florida Builders Association for Outstanding Sales and unique marketing ideas.   Perhaps the greatest industry honor, Judy has been added to the prestigious Re/Max Hall of Fame.

The awards are well deserved. Judy sells between 30 and 40 homes a year in the Duval, Clay and St. Johns County area. She makes a point to work with every client individually and on average sells a listed home within 90 days. Judy and her husband Allen Dye live in Jacksonville's Southside with their dog “Bama” and cat “Leo”.
