In the last four years, Gene and I worked with Judy to twice buy and sell homes in the Jacksonville area. While we initially used Judy at the recommendation of our banker, we kept returning to her based on her service.

As buyers, we appreciated Judy’s ability to identify the home we required and appropriately narrow the field of available homes to those that met our expectations. After locating the two homes we purchased, we appreciated Judy’s enthusiasm, attention to detail and follow through on commitments leading to closing.

Spring found my wife and I in the process of relocating to Florida from North Carolina. We contacted several realty companies in the Jacksonville area, and, fortunately for us, we were lucky enough to have Judy Hicks assigned to us by RE/MAX. Never in our wildest dreams could we have been so pleasantly surprised. Judy, in a word, is a professional. She takes her job very seriously, not because she has to, but because she loves doing what she's doing. She has a charming personality, endless energy, knows seemingly everyone in Jacksonville, and does not stop until she gets the job done. If she doesn't know the answers to your questions (which is rarely), she definitely knows someone who does.

Judy went above and beyond what I would consider to be her "official" job duties.
